Step 1 : Go Here - https://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php
Step 2: Choose a category that best suites your brand and fill in the required fields
Step 3: Fill in ALL the required fields that facebook has laid out for you
Upload Photo
Facebook will now prompt you to upload the main photo for your page. This photo will appear as your icon every time you comment on a post or appear in news feeds. Ideally, it should be your company logo. The actual dimensions of your profile picture is 180X180. This will shrink on your page to appear as 125X125.
About Section
Next, you need to write your 'About' information. This small blurb will serve as the main 2-3 sentence description for your company. It will be on your main page, so make it descriptive but succinct. Be sure to include a link to your company website as well. Also ensure that this information differentiates your brand, making your page even more appealing to potential followers.
Step 4: Fill Page with Content
Cover photo: The cover photo is the largest image on your Facebook Page measuring 851 pixels by 315 pixels. Use this area to portray a pictorial representation of your brand.
Apps: You can use the following links to upload essential apps such as contact, twitter, youtube and a Top Fan app that measures and rewards fans for engaging with your brand to your fanpage.

Pictures: Upload pictures for fans to browse through before inviting to page as visuals resonates better with fans and produces more likes and shares. 90% of information transmitted to the brain is visual, and visuals are processed 60,000X faster in the brain than text. Visual content drives engagement, in fact just one month after the introduction of facebook timeline for brands, visual content--photos and videos--saw a 65% increase in engagement. Step 5: Update Admin Panel and Build Audience
Manage. From here you can click “Edit Page” to access the advanced control panel for your Page, which lets you do things like manage apps and administrators. “Use Activity Log” gives you a comprehensive history of things that have changed or been interacted with on your Page. “See Banned Users” does just what it sounds like. If you’re not logged in as your Page, you’ll also be given an option to log in as the Page for commenting purposes here (instead of your personal profile).
Build Audience. Here you can take actions that may attract new people to Like and engage with your Page. For example, you can invite your email contacts or personal profile Facebook friends to visit and Like the Page, share the Page to your own Timeline and your friends’ News Feeds, or create and pay for Facebook advertising for the Page.
Help. This is your gateway for customer support from Facebook. You can visit the Help Center, which is a database of helpful articles, take a guided tour of the features of Facebook Pages, take a video course on Pages, and view Facebook’s detailed “product guide” white paper that explains all the features and elements of a Facebook Page. You can also send feedback to Facebook’s customer support team.
Hide. This button hides the admin panel, giving you just a few of your Page’s Timeline. You can restore the Admin Panel by clicking the “Admin Panel” button in the right-side panel, above the list of years for your Timeline.
